Oct 7, 2003 #2 ctopher Mechanical Joined Jan 9, 2003 Messages 17,520 Location USA, CA This is how it worked for me (SW2003). Click on new plane icon and select 'on surface'. Select cylinder, Cntrl click plane that will be perpindecular to. It will be tangent to cylinder. Hope this works for you. ctopher Upvote 0 Downvote
