Hi all,
I have come to a dilemma. We are trying to find a suitable access to a site in order to lay down and eventually set, building and piperack modules.
The best approach appears to be a road crossing with a large armtec, multi-plate structure used as a pipeline crossing underneath. The structure was backfilled properly under the supervision of an company representative.
Discussions with the supplier of the structure have basically dead ended. As they will not rate the structure for a specific max. weight rating. We are in design phase now and this appears to be the first hurdle to clear before moving forward.
Is an engineering study of the structure the way to keep the ball rolling? Without specific weights of racks and modules yet, is there anything to do?
