Pipeline engineers, have u come across BRA literature on modification of defect assessment criteria in ASME 31.4 & 31.8. Could anyone advise on any calculation spreadsheet for pipeline defect assessment criteria based on BRA (stands for Billington R(?) Arnhem)

It's Billiton Research Arnhem (when it used to belong to Shell). If you're not working on a Shell project - hard luck, it's copyrighted. If you are working on a Shell project, ask the Shell representative to provide the literature.
