I am an intern and have been asked to find information regaurding different material options for pipe sleeves/insulation. The pipes will be outside exposed to the elements of Colorado. I havn't had luck finding any information thus far. Any help as to where I could information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Google "insulated pipe sleeves". You'll only get about 477,000 hits.

good luck

I've tried googling that and about 15 other phrases that I could come up with. I am looking for information to present regaurding pros and cons of the different materials available and give a opinion to which I think we should use. I am not coming across that information but rather just distributers that sell pipe sleeves and how to insulate pipes at home.

I would call several of those distributors and ask them to help. They should be more than happy to help.

It depends on the pipe material you are going to use, if it will be plastic steel ductile iron etc. So if you can answer to me about this I can help you

Thanks for the help, I ended up just making a bunch of phone calls to get the information I needed. I do appreciate your willingness to help :)
