Pipe penetration fill to withstand the pressure of 3.5 psi

I have pipes/conduits penetrations core drilled in blast/containment wall up to 5" dia. Anybody come across to seal the penetration subjected to 3.5 psi pressure? Temporary or permanent solution. I will appreciate any help.

Not knowing all the details, I may recommend one option to explore are linkseal products. They have pressure ratings generally for hydrostatic load but are displayed in psi. I use these quite frequently in industrial settings and contractors seem to like them. I looked quickly and one of their products is good for 20 psig (40 feet of head). This installation would go in a core drilled hole granted the wall rebar has been reviewed for a core drill. Give them a call to see if this option works for you.

I am trying to plug core drilled hole in concrete blat wall subjected to 1900 psi. I want to use this for temp. fix. Anybody has come across plug in concrete wall subjected to 1900 psi. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
 
I am confused.....is the blast pressure 3.5 psi or 1900 psi? I assume its 3.5 psi.
 
This is little different situation. Original requirement of 3.5 psi is changed. Now trying to plug hole (temporary)in blast concrete wall subjected to blast pressure of 1900 psi and temp.unto 400 degree.This plug shall be used as contamination seal also. There is no pipe in hole now. It is 5" dia. core drilled hole in the wall.

So your concrete wall (and the plug) are designed to resist 273,600 psf?? I think you should re-check your numbers.
 
This is blast pressure and it is taken from basis of design.1900 psi
 
Your basis of design says 1900 psi blast pressure? That's not correct to say the least. Designing for anything over a few psi is impossible.

Technology is stealing American jobs. Stop H1-Bs for robots.
