What vendors have a program capable of solving transient problem of instantaneous pipe line guillotine rupture?

I found a paper titled "Simulation of Transient Flow in Natural Gas Pipelines", by Junyahg Zhou and Michael A. Adewumi, Pennsylvania State University, Not Dated. It was a PDF on the Web. I don't know what software they used, but the paper did comparisons with two actual field cases, and several hypothetical examples that included line packing and line rupture.
