Hi,

I want to make a drawing for pipe flange (slip-on type). Details as follows:

Size: DN3000
Pressure: PN16 Bar
Material: Mild steel

Doubt: What thickness I need to give for this flange? Since this is a very big size, most of the standards have not mentioned about the thickness value.

(Note: Regarding flange drilling details, I can refer to the valve drawing)

Please share if you have any calculation sheet for this requirement.

Thanks in Advance.

This is a piping design question .... Suggest that you post on the "Pipelines Piping and Fluid Mechanics" forum
