Pipe Cap & Floating Hd. Crown - External Pressure - out of roundness check is mandatory?

FOR EXTERNAL PRESSURE,

1. If out of roundness check as per UG-81(b)/UG-80(b) is required to be checked for Standard Pipe Cap?

2. If Out of roundness check as per UG-81(b)/UG-80(b) is required to be checked for Floating Hd. Crown (for type-d floating hd crown)?
