Pins missing during IDF import for WF5

I frequently do IDF imports from OrCAD into Pro/E. When I upgraded from WF3 to WF5 pin holes are no longer being imported. Previously in WF3 the ECAD Import Dialog box would allow me to choose if Pins, Vias or Holes would be imported. The WF5 ECAD Import Dialog only allows me to import Vias and Holes.

Does anyone know how to allow for WF5 to import Pins?

Thanks

Could you make a simple Orcad circuit board nothing like those your company uses and post the IDF files here so people can see if the same thing occurs for us.

Michael

In WF 2.0 used to be config options that controlled this I think.
You can look at the emn file as a text file and see if the issue is on the ECAD side.
I have caught many a layout person making changes on the fly that screwed me up, only way to get over it was to print the emn and emp to have a discussion face to face.

Then dig through the options to see if you get the menu back if the defaults are changed.
Why not try 3.0 again just to be sure.

If your the layout guy too then my hat is off to you.
Here is the IDF spec for 3.0. should explain a lot.
