PIN Diode HP P/N 5082-3188

Hewlett-Packard part # 5082-3188 is a PIN diode for RF switching that has been discontinued. I'm looking for a replacement for this part. The replacement must be in an axial leaded package similar to the 5082-3188.

Yes. I've talked with HP, Alpha, MA-COM, Advanced Semi, and Microsemi. I'm continuing my search.

FYI, you might want to offer up some of that useful information since we don't know what you have already done. You have actually spoken with those manufacturers and they didn't offer up a replacement part?

They were not able to help. Other manufacturers I'm getting ready to contact are Philips, National, Rohm, Infineon, Rohm, NEC, and Zarlink.

That's an HP internal part number. You have to speak with someone inside HP with access to their internal part information system to find out the manufacturer name(s) and part number.
