pin connection(wf4)

Dear friends,
My problem is about assembly.I create two parts for a hinge.Add first part to assembly.While adding second part I choose pin connection for moving second hinge part.But when I finish assembly and want to move second hinge part it does not move.Please help me.Best regards.
