Piezoelectric With Dynamic,Implicit or Explicit Simulation ?

Hi every body
I simulate a Piezoelectric model with Static_General.
Now my main question is:
Can i simulate my model with Dynamic solver ?
If yes, which one (Implicit or Explicit) and why ?
