piezocomposites

I have to model a piezocomposite which is made up of two cylinders. The outer one is annular and inner one is solid. They are of different materials. My step is 1, creat two cylinder 2, glue them 3, mesh them. But at last I found that the stress one the top surface is not continuous. Could someone tell me how to make a correct model? Thanks.
