WHEN regulating the level in a scrubber(control valve after the pump) should we use PI or PID?
NB
scrubber--> pumps(export condensate)--> control valve

Generally Propertional + Integral accommodates most control applications. Derivative is mostly used for slow loops such as temperature on the outlet tubes from a furnace controlling the fuel gas to the furnace. P+I is fine for most level applications.
