Proe 2001 photorender was working an now is not. Did not change any configs, verified that all were ok and still, click the teapot and no action. What gives?

Is the teapot grayed out?

Nope, the dashed box shows up around it when the button is pressed but there is simply no output.

Have you tried looking under Help/Customer Services Info to see if the system still sees you have access to Photorender?

I have used it for years but have not had this problem.

(On some of our older licenses it is not available.)

My next call would be to PTC.
