Phase Matching Equipment

Hi all,

I'm working with some RG402/U semi-rigid coax that I need to phase match. It will be operating at a set frequency which falls in the 2-8GHz range.

I'm looking for a piece of equipment that I can use to measure the total phase length of the cable. Example: 4001.9 degrees.

Any information would be appreciated.

Isn't that one of the functions that is common with RF Network Analyzers?

(But it isn't something I've ever done.)
