Pharmaceutical workshop project planning

Hello everybody,

I have to plan the revamping of a pharmaceutical cream unit.

I have to do the project planning including the building itself, electricity, steam, water, wastes facilities and cream mixer purchase process.

Have you already done that ?
Do you have a framework example I can check to make sure I haven't forgotten anything with mine ?
