Was wondering if there is a standard for numbering of engineering drawings that is specific to the pharmaceutical industry?

Any help would be appreciated

Regards

Carl

Carl,

I had six years in the Bio/Pharma industry, but never saw a standard, per se, that everyone adhered to. Even P&ID symbols, although largely ISA, were different among engineering houses.

Are you a consultant/contractor? If you are starting from scratch, I'd follow the end user nomenclature as close as possible.

Please can anyone advise where I can get hold of equipment datasheet template? I need to generate datasheet for plug flow reactor, heat exchanger, flow meter, pump, pressure and temperature transmitter.

Many thanks for your help.

I'm sure they are out there, but we generated our own.
