I am preparing a a call for bid for the acquisition of a 15 MW steam turbine generator.
for the section regarding guaranties and performance measures, I do not know exactly what steps I should demand and how to mesure these performances.
can any one please give me informations about the concerned parameters and the different steps and duration of the performance tests for this steam turbine generator.
