Perform an Xray before PWHT

Is it permit to perform an XRay examination on welds of vessel or boiler before PWHT? I do appreciated in advance.

Normally in case of hydrogen service, RT (Radiography) has to be done before and after PWHT. Please let me know service of your equipment?
