Percent complete not rolling up to 100%

Suddenly, none of my tasks are rolling up to their parent. It must be some setting that I set, but it's impossible to figure out what it might be.

If you look at the screenshot, you'll see my test, where two subtasks rull up to a main task. The main task should show a %Complete of X percent, the Duration should show 15 days, the start date should show 12/1/2008, and the end date should show 12/12/2008. Instead the main task just shows default data that was originally entered. Also, you can normally edit the main tasks % Complete, but as you can see from the screenshot, it is disabled.

Does anyone know what the problem is? (see screenshot below)

Go to Tools, options, calculation - I think you turned off automatic calculation and set it to manual. this is a per installation setting so you shut it off for all projects you look at on your system.
