Pellet biomass boiler

Im designing a pellet biomass boiler and i want to know the steps that i have to take so i can sent my project to a construction company. I want to make a booklet with all the constuction drawings and informations but i dont know the correct way of doing this. Im new in the field and i want some tips. Thanks

Is this the first boiler you have ever designed ? What exactly do you mean by designed ?

IMHO, the words "designed" and "specified" are frequently confused in most of the world.

Complex boilers are simply not "designed by anyone" then plans given to a construction company for fabrication.... as you imply

Oddballs like a pellet biomass boiler is commonly a material handling nightmare.

Have you contacted any of the major biomass boiler vendors........ such as Viessamnn, Hurst or Babcock Wilcox ?

Yes this is my first boiler that i designed. The reason i started this project is because i wanted to make a pellet boiler for my home.i made a research around this kind of boilers and then i designed mine.i already started to build the boiler here at my home.

i think that this specific boiler will be very efficient and that's why i am interested at selling my idea to a construction company.

I haven't contacted any companies yet as I am still in the process of finalizing the company. As soon as all the work is done I will begin contacting various industries.

So you have a new design and you are interested in somehow getting rich from it, right?

The LAST thing you want to do is send all your design details to a manufacturing company.

You need to research the laws in your country related to patents and the protection of intellectual property.
