What all parameters affect the PEEQ values of a milling process
And how can I increase the PEEQ value in a simulation.

Equivalent plastic strain (PEEQ) is a scalar measure of plastic strain tensor. It’s calculated via time integration of the equivalent plastic strain rate. If it’s greater than zero, the material has yielded. The larger yielding is, the higher PEEQ you get. So to increase PEEQ you just have to load the model further into platic deformation regime.
