PED - Reinforcing pad crosses over the longitudinal/circular seam

I'm new. Design of Pressure Vessels.

I encountered the same problem in PED (EN 13445 or AD 2000).

Saddle/Support reinforcing pad crosses over the longitudinal/cicular seam.

How to solve this problem?
