PED and NDT / Certification

We have been asked by a customer why an EN 473 approved personnel certificate is missing a PED stamp.

Is this a requirement as I thought if it was EN473 approved then they can work in the given categories such as weld inspection of a PED pressure vessel?

Also what other changes must be made to NDT accoring to PED?

Is there any good articles regarding PED and NDT only?

I believe the EN 473 certificate has to be assessed for adequacy to perform the task as documented in the controlling approved procedure.
