Has anyone ever come across a powder from Pebax. I've moulded parts and after approx 2 weeks, there's white powder on the parts. Also, I have found a similar powder in the material stainless steel dryer hose.
Do anyone know if there's a reaction occuring within the resin?

I would think it is very likely free monomer or oligomers leaching out.

Thanks for reply Pat. I've got an FTIR carried out on the powder and it appears to be POLY(OXYTETRAMETHYLENE), POLYETHER. Is this common for this to leach out? What influences it or are certain factor that accelerate it?

That's poly THF, a comonomer for making elastomers such as Lycra (TM). Monomer should be locked in, any leaching out is perhaps added as a plasticizer.
