Maybe this is a long shot but, just wondering others' thoughts. I'm based in the SF Bay Area, California. I have been working under the direction of a Civil PE who happens to be my father, it's just him and I in our firm. I passed the PE exam in October 2018 and am putting together my paperwork to apply for Civil PE licensure. I need 4 references, and for some reason the references cannot be related to me. I have 2 references (engineer clients we have worked with) but need two more and I'm wondering any thoughts on how to get the additional two references.

Any advice others can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Professional organizations, such as ASCE, where you are an active member. If you have not joined / participate in any, maybe you should... for unforeseen future occasions like this, if nothing else.
