i created a gear by toolbox then saved this part as a part file according to my filename structure. And my pdm automatically marks this part as toolbox(library part). I want to see this part in my project like other parts.
Can any body help me, how to show this part like others.

with all respect.

Do you want to check your new gear into PDMWorks? If so, create the custom property IsFastener (this can be found in the properties of the part) and set the value to 0. This property may already exist - then all you need to do is set the value to 0.

This will essentially make the part look like a "regular" part to PDM, so you should now be able to check in your gear.

Would deleting the IsFastener property achieve the same result? By default, "regular" models do not have that property assigned. I don't have Toolbox or PDMWorks to be able to check.

Per btcoutermash's post in thread559-154904:
C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\Toolbox\data utilities\sldsetdocprop.exe

can be used to remove the library part tag.

thank you for your answers.
But i failed. i used the "sldsetdocprop.exe". Yes they lost their pdm-toolbox properties, but now they are "standart library file". They are "not revision managed" standart library files.
I need to check in them as "revision managed" normal project files.

I think your problem is that the vault already has a part of the same name set as a toolbox part. I think you need to delete the old one from the vault, but I do not see off hand how to go about doing it. Another alternative is to pick a new name for your gear and rename the current part to that.
