PDM solution for Pro/E and AutoCAD 1

We are a medium sized company currently looking for a PDM solution for Pro/E and AutoCAD and are interested in evaluations made by the users themselves. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pro/Intralink will handle your need to manage both acdad and Pro/E files.

Have any of you folks had any experience using AutoCAD with XREF's and ProIntralink? I'm struggling with getting ProIntralink to deal with these XREF files when opening up an AutoCAD drawing from within the Workspace in Intralink.
Intralink wants to add a number after each .dwg file. Any help would be much appreciated.
