Pdf Export problem when creating shaded views.

Hi,
When I try to create a PDF drawing I get this message; "the preference does not exist in the database" See attached JPEG.

This only occurs when PDF'ing a drawing with a fully shaded view.

It also occurs when I "print" to PDF using a 3rd party PDF printer(DoPDF 6).

Any idea what database is missing? How can I correct this?
