PDC Technical Report 10-02 1

I need the PDC Technical Report 10-02. It is my understanding that they updated it in April of this year, but now it is no accessable from the PDC web site.

Can anyone post a copy or email it to me?

The copy you uploaded ended at page 78. Is that the entire document?

The copy I downloaded also ended at page 78. The Table of Contents goes only to 77. So I would said that the last page is 78. Especially as the last subject is "Intended Audience"
