pcmk/a to plc2/16

I'm having a problem with getting a pcmk/a card to work with a plc2/16.
I followed the technote about modifying the config.sys file with no luck so far. I have tried the list of memory ranges listed by AB
Any help would be appriciated

I once had a problem in which the card would not communicate to any of my compatible devices. It took a registry edit to clean out the old entries so the new correct ones could load. This was on Windows NT.

Maybe there is a related tech. note in your case?
