Part of Model not Printing

I'm having an issue when printing on a laser printer. It prints out fine if I print it on a inkjet printer, but on a laser it cuts off about 75% of the model, but prints out the balloons surrounding the model. I have contacted our help desk, and they seem to be at a loss as far as what to do. I'm using SW 2005. sp 0. I considered that it could be my template file was hosed up, but I did try a different one, and I got the same result. It's a B size template I'm using, and I tried a D size, which printed out the same.

So no one has any suggestions? I sure thought that someone would have some knowledge of this problem in SW!
