An obsolete part?....is it an old Harris Semiconductor part?...What's the date that this PCB was designed? Who designed it? Send the circuitry surrounding it to us via http:http://www.tinypic.com (you can paste in the tinypic.com link here to your scanned drawing) Hunt through your company's component stock room for the packet/reel/tube...see if its labelled on there.
