Hi COE,

I have a part that was created in sheetmetal design initially and handed to me.

Unfortunately, I have added a whole bunch of features to the part. The features are linked via external elements to an assembly.

In drafting, I am unable to see these part design features - I assume due to the part being made in sheetmetal design.

Is there anything I can do to amend this, or will all parts need to be re-made in sheetmetal design?

Thanks
Kevin

You can copy body and past as result with link or as a dumb body. After that you can apply recognize. If it's not a complicated part then recognition should be enough for you.
Regarding attached part - Delete all PD features but sketches. Then use these sketches in SM design.
