Is it possible that a parent go down from it's child in feature manager ?

so do this ..
open a sketch in front plane and in this time copy a new plane from top with ctrl+drag method.
now sketch a line and use the collinear relation between the line and new plane ..
close the sketch ..
Now you will see the plane1 (new plane) is under the sketch1 , but it is the parent of sketch !!!

Is this a FAQ or a question?

But if you edit the sketch after the all that. You will see the plane is greyed out. THe reason for this is because the sketch was started before the plane was offset. IMO I don't think that should be acceptable because your working backwards and if you edit the sketch you can't re-add that relationship if you needed it.
