Paraview VTK file to ABAQUS conversion

I am trying to get a VTK Paraview file into Abaqus. I know you can convert a Abaqus ODB as a VTK file but how do you convert going the other way. Importing an STL only shows surface geometry and is fairly useless. I want a file that has all the saved variables from Paraview to be shown in Abaqus.

I am trying to compare Paraview results directly to Abaqus results. The only way to do this is to put everything into abaqus so I am a little stuck. Thanks!
