Parameters to counter-balance the solution ageing from affecting the electropolishing quality

The final electropolishing quality is diminishing since the electropolishing bath has started to age.
What parameters could be counter-balanced (like potential, current, duration etc) to overcome this so that the same aged solution could be used for further electropolishing?
