Parameters on the inserting windows tab parameters

Hello Guys,

I'm creating a component that have certain parameters but i want to be possible to change them while inserting the component, i noticed that there's a tab called "Parameters" on the window on insertiong, how can i use it too put there my parameters, that already exist on my part.
