Transistors (FETs) printed onto paper... the specs are supposed to rival those of today's thin-film type.

That kind of work is going on all over the world. I saw a demonstration in Linköping last year. And there are several more.

I wonder how absorption of ambient moisture into the paper affects the performance, i.e. leakage currents and capacitive effects.
