Hello Everyone. On one paper and pulp project, we are designing underground process drainage system. The composition of the component in their is 50% malic acid at 0.9 PH which can increase to 2.4 PH at 1% concentration. Though these components are diluted by the time it reaches drainage but if storage tank ruptures, they will be full strength. Temperature is ambient. Client wants to use Polypropylene piping but looks like the composition is too acidic for polypropylene. Do you think 304 stainless can be a good fit here instead?
