what causes error 32 at panelview 550 ab?

Follow up: According to the AB knowledgebase, self test 31 is for the real time clock. If that failed on bootup, it's probably dead.

"On power-up, the PanelView terminal executes a series of self tests, below is a listing of the test number and the test functions..."

NOTE: Not all of these test numbers are seen during a power up cycle

Syarifgemilang, you are correct, I meant to say error 32.

Does the PV550 contain a battery-backed RTC? Often the RTC is combined with a small amount of RAM. Might be a fairly easy replacement, especially if this is one of the older PV550s. If it has a tungsten lamp instead of an LED backlight it is one of the earlier generation.

i found "led" red colour steady on... "Often the RTC is combined with a small amount of RAM" how to replace?
I am trial with other Circuit cat no:7753-702-52 it's ok
