Pan not working on wheel mouse

I got a new logitech mouse and when I press the wheel I can't get the pan hand. I tried different things but nothing is changing it.
 
See whether AutoCAD's system variable "mbuttonpan" is set to 1 and then check your mouse driver so that the scrollwheel button function is set to "middle button".
