Paints for Low Temperature

Good morning,

I would like to know if a ball valve that will be installed for a refrigerating gas line having a working temperature of around -38 degrees Celsius, can receive an external painting consisting of three layers (Epoxy Primer+Epoxy Tie Coat+Polyurethane), even if this paint system has a very good heat resistance. i.e. +120 degrees Celsius.
