Painting for Storage Tank

What type of painting system do you recommend for an Alcohol Storage Tank located in a seashore of a tropical country? The tank is made from carbon plate A36.

I worked in a plant on the seashore and they used:
1st layer: zinc primer 75mu
2nd layer: epoxy midcoat 100mu
3th layer: polyurethane finish 50mu
