In my AutoCAD 2004 installation there is no Pack'n'Go command anymore.
Anyone knows how (where) to get it?

You can try File / ETransmit to pack all the needed files. Abort the email send and you have it.
 
Rather than aborting the e-mail, simply uncheck the "send e-mail" option and it will never come up.
You will then have the zip file, or whatever you specify, in the the location you specified.
