Hi you all!

Anyone has experience in the development of p-type ZnO layers? Mainly by sputtering process.

I would be interested in some practical details, most of all if your work is related to undoped p-type ZnO.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Diego. Assuming that you are still monitering this thread, I'm about to begin some work on this subject and was hoping to talk about your involvement in the subject.

Please reply if you are still around.

I've been researching and experimenting with sputtered zinc oxide for a few months now and have learned a fair amount from the literature, patents, and my own experiments. I would love to talk with someone about their interests in the subject.

My primary focus at the moment is reducing the compressive stress of sputtered zinc oxide.
