Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has experience overmoulding onto a polyurethane tube material? does anything bond well to it?
Is glue a better option to bond say polycarbonate and polyurethane?
TIA.

It is usually the more flexible material that is overmolded onto the more rigid material. Doing it the other way around will give you significant challenges or will be impossible. Ideally the bond is in-mold at the molecular level, no adhesives involved.

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
