Overlapping/Deleted Hidden Elements Problem after Divide/Combine etc.

Hello everyone,

When I divide a frame permanently into pieces and then join them again I come up a problem: Sap2000 still counts deleted objects and says 7 (for example) objects selected instead of 1. Even if I delete that problematical element, sap2000 still counts it/them somehow. I tried to explain the situation with the following two pictures.

Could you please help about this problem if you know the solution or have an idea?
