i would know the way to remove the deposit material that accumulated in the shell side of condenser and pipes of top gases and overhead line from vacuum tower distillatio of residue crude oil.

I think you need to get more info on the deposit material; sounds lke it could iron sulfide corrosion product. Also , what are the construction materials ?

Not sure you may use steam to purge this deposit material out.
